Title: Marketing Assistant (Entry-Level)
Location: Remote (San Diego-based preferred)
Hours: Part-Time (15–20 hours/week)
Pay: $20/hour (negotiable based on experience)
About Us
We're a growing marketing agency that lives at the crossroads of creativity and strategy. From brand building to social media magic to SEO sorcery, we help our clients show up and shine. Now, we're looking for a Marketing Assistant who's ready to jump in, learn fast, and grow with us.
About You
You're a creative thinker with a can-do attitude. You know your way around Adobe tools (even if you learned them on your own) and you're eager to get your hands into the worlds of branding, content creation, social media, and SEO. You’re not afraid to ask questions, propose new ideas, and take ownership of your work. Strong English skills are a must because writing is a big part of how we communicate with the world.
If you love the idea of being part of a small but mighty team — and making a real impact early in your career — we can’t wait to meet you.
What You'll Do:
✨ Support social media content creation (posts, stories, reels)
✨ Assist with branding projects (creative brainstorming, asset organization)
✨ Support podcast creation and promotion
✨ Help optimize websites and content for SEO (don't worry, we'll teach you!)
✨ Light clerical work (like scheduling posts, managing client files, updating spreadsheets)
✨ Contribute to blog writing, website copy, and other marketing materials
✨ Assist in content creation "in the wild" around San Diego (about <10% travel)
✨ Jump into creative projects — and bring your ideas to life
✨ Other duties based on your personal interests and oncoming projects—we are always trying something new
Skills & Requirements:
Perks:
🌟 Flexible remote schedule (with some local adventures)
🌟 Opportunities to build your portfolio across social media, branding, and SEO
🌟 Mentorship in marketing strategy, content creation, and digital branding
🌟 Grow with a company that believes in creativity, initiative, and celebrating wins
Ready to Start?
Send us your resume, a short intro about why you’re excited about marketing, and any portfolio pieces (even personal projects are great!). Creativity counts!
