They excel at building strong client relationships, managing multiple luxury projects with precision, and delivering functional yet stunning designs that uphold Paragon's reputation as one of the top design-remodel companies in the RVA.

What You'll Do:

• Work closely with and support the Customer Advisor in our project development, design and sale process.
• Collaborate with homeowners to bring their vision to life through innovative kitchen and bath designs.
• Develop detailed designs using software such as Chief Architect.
• Present designs and material selections to clients, blending style with practicality.
• Work with homeowners in our preliminary and final selection processes.
• Work closely with our project managers, trade partners and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
• Stay ahead of trends to bring fresh ideas to every project.

What We ' re Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years in kitchen and bath design, with a strong portfolio.
• Education: Degree or certification in interior design or related field preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in design software, excellent communication, and strong client relationship skills.
• Passion: A drive to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
