Job Description
Our client, a global leader in packaging is seeking an Electrician Industrial Plant Manufacturing Maintenace Mechanic to join their team. This is fulltime permanent position on a 3rd shift.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret electrical control and mechanical assembly drawings, as well as service manuals for all equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair both Electrical and Mechanical problems associated with Production and Facility equipment in a timely manner.
Understand and diagnose electrical issues.
Perform machine PM’s
Help with machine rebuilds.
Requirements:
Full and complete understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and PLC (Programmable Logic Control) troubleshooting and multimeter experience.
Electrician’s License preferred, but not mandatory.
Injection Molding for plastic packaging for industrial use.
PLC knowledge, good understanding on troubleshooting valve knowledge and explaining step-by-step how it works, hydraulics, and automation experience.
Must have good working knowledge of all aspects of electrical controls, mechanical assembly, plumbing, and heating, ventilating and air conditioning related control systems.
Ability to understand and diagnose electrical issues.
