Rockhill Manor, Inc is looking for qualified Housekeeper to join their staff on a full-time basis. The Housekeeper will be working overnights Sunday-Thursday 11pm-730am and off Friday and Saturday evenings/nights.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Ensures that carts are clean, neat and stocked with supplies daily.

· Completes assignment sheets and reports any room discrepancies and maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor.

· Mops and vacuums all floors daily; cleans mop after each use.

· Cleans and disinfects sinks, toilets and tub-showers, restocks soap, toilet paper, and provides clean towels as needed.

· Supplies rooms with clean linens as needed.

· Empties all trash cans on a daily basis and disposes of trash in designated areas; recycles appropriate materials in designated containers.

· Reports any broken items such as beds, chairs, and fixtures to management.

· Assures that all unnecessary lights are turned off as required.

· Provides assistance to other departments of the facility to contribute to its smooth operation.

· Perform all other duties as assigned

· All duties listed are essential unless otherwise noted.

Education/Experience:

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands:

• The position will require constant standing, walking,
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, crawling, and sitting
• Usage of hands, fingers, and wrist for gripping, lifting, folding, etc
• Use of arms and hands to reach or raise above shoulder level, etc
• The ability to push, pull and carrying of objects 50lbs 75lbs occasionally
• Able to withstand warm temperatures
