Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team at E-Therapy. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing behavior analysis services to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities, designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and training school staff and families.

Physical Requirements (Remote Work):
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods and use a computer keyboard and mouse for typing and navigating software applications. The employee must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with colleagues and clients. Occasionally, the employee may need to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and lift or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and move around in various areas of the school facility. Additionally, the employee must have the physical stamina to supervise and engage with students throughout the school day.
