Job Description

The Guest Experience Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all guests attending destination weddings and events have an exceptional and seamless experience. You will be the primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after the event, handling their needs and addressing any concerns. From booking accommodations to organizing guest activities, you will ensure every detail is managed for a smooth, unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Serve as the main point of contact for all guest-related inquiries and provide personalized assistance throughout the planning and event process.
  •  Coordinate travel logistics, accommodations, and transportation for wedding guests, ensuring they have all necessary information and support.
  •  Ensure all guest services, including check-in/check-out, concierge, and on-site needs, are met with the highest level of service.
  •  Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve any issues that may arise to guarantee a flawless experience.
  •  Collaborate with the event planning team to create tailored guest experiences, from group activities to leisure excursions.
  •  Manage guest communications, providing them with timely updates and answers to any questions they may have.
  •  Maintain guest feedback and work on continuous improvement to enhance future experiences.
  •  Ensure that any special requests, such as dietary preferences or accessibility needs, are met.
  •  Oversee guest arrivals, departures, and logistics to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.



 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in guest services, hospitality, or event management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple guest needs simultaneously.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently, maintaining a calm and positive demeanor.
  • Knowledge of luxury services, accommodations, and activities typically offered at destination weddings and events.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different environments and work with a diverse group of guests.
  • A proactive, guest-first attitude with a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a luxury hospitality or event management setting.
  • Familiarity with destination wedding dynamics and high-end service expectations.
  • Knowledge of different cultures and etiquette to enhance guest interactions.
