ONSITE ONLY: Full-Time Data Entry/Indexing Clerk

Location: Baton Rouge, LA ONSITE ONLY

Mandatory Paid Training | 8 weeks

$12.75 per hour in training

$12.75 per hour in production

Hours:

This is a full-time 32–40-hour Data Entry position. Overtime may occur during peak/high-volume days. Workdays will be on a rotating schedule to include one Saturday per pay period every other week with a weekday off following the Saturday that you work.

About The Role

Duties:

• Responsible for providing support to business operations document/transaction content management.
• Provides administrative support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry or similar activities. Primary Responsibilities:
• May perform processing tasks in one or more of the following areas: Data entry ensures accuracy and completeness of data, perform clerical tasks in the data entry function
  
  

Requirements to be successful in this role you will:

High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to meet the requirements of a background check and drug screening
• Alpha-numeric typing skills with a minimum of 10,000 keystrokes per hour
• Proficient PC skills
• Ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously
• Good attendance/punctuality
• Ability to sit for long periods of time, ability to lift 40 lbs.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business needs, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for the role is $12.75
