The role reports to the Vice President, Global Testing Services. Key Competencies Embrace and champion innovative technologies, adapting quickly to new tools and methodologies Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate content using data and performance metrics Motivate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Resolve complex problems systematically Drive initiative execution Hold teams accountable for process improvement Responsibilities Plan, execute, and ensure process adherence for exam development projects Build relationships with stakeholders to promote collaboration Coach and mentor team members, oversee work quality and staff development Ensure exams are prepared on budget and schedule Develop resource plans and monitor progress Provide cost estimates and support for proposals Identify and manage risks Work with technology teams on system enhancements Required Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred At least five years in a customer-facing role in assessment At least five years managing complex exam development projects Work Environment and Conditions Remote work capability with standard setup Up to 15% travel Compensation varies based on factors like skill, experience, and location.
