We are seeking a CPA to support and scale our U.S. operations. The ideal candidate is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or has an equivalent qualification, with a strong foundation in U.S. GAAP, tax compliance, financial reporting, and cross-functional business partnering. You will serve as a finance leader in the U.S., managing core financial processes and acting as a strategic bridge to the Finance HQ team in India. This role requires someone who is both hands-on and strategic, with a strong analytical mindset and an appetite for working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Responsibilities: Preparation of Standalone Financial Statements as per IFRS and local company act requirements. Preparation of monthly MIS. Experience of Management accounting / Month end closing and review of departmental provisions for monthly books closure. General Ledger scrutiny, driving Balance Sheet Hygiene / Balance Sheet schedules review. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements regarding foreign exchange, taxes, and transfer pricing for overseas transactions. Preparation monthly projections / budget and variance analysis for deviation with actuals. Handling Consultants / Statutory / Internal audit and resolving queries raised by Statutory and Internal Auditors. Assisting in providing data to secretarial for various filings as per local law. Supporting in Tax audit, other regulatory requirements data. Preparation of certificates as per local law. Good understanding of laws related to payroll, withholding tax, indirect tax, and local law compliances and able to do accounting of the same. Resolving discrepancies or issues related to invoices, payments, or receipts. Coordinating with vendors, customers, and internal teams for clarifications or dispute resolution. Providing monthly provision of expenses (post discussion with user department). Conduct Analysis of GLs incorporating suggestions wherever required. Skills and Abilities: SAP FI Knowledge. IFRS Knowledge. Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Organize tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks. Knowledge in Advance Excel. Desired Qualifications: CPA with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. Others: Traveling as per business requirements. Ready to work as Individual Contributor.
