The Bar Back safely and efficiently ensures bar is properly stocked, barware is clean, and generally supports the smooth and efficient behind-the-scenes operation of the bar for the bartender.   • Stock bottles, beverages, ice and supplies needed during service
  • Wash and restock barware/glasses
  • Remove dirty dishes, glasses and silverware, place in respective trays
  • Prepare bar for service – wipe clean, refill all condiments and supplies at the end of each shift
  • Fill condiment containers, ice, other bar/table supplies
  • Perform opening and closing work as requested
  • Safely use appropriate cleaning compounds and chemicals
Skills Required: Provide high level customer service, communicate effectively with guests and team members, follow instructions, ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure when working under pressure Experience / Education: Previous experience and TIPS certification preferred Physical Demands * This is a very physically demanding job that requires extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting and kneeling.
