Overview If you are experienced in non-profit bookkeeping/accounting, and if you are looking for the perfect blend of stable work and flexible hours, this is the job for you! We are seeking someone whose resume demonstrates their experience in nonprofit bookkeeping/accounting to provide a range of bookkeeping duties, including journal entries, fund accounting, A/P, updating financial statements, and reconciling transactions. The pay rate is $30.00 - $45.00 /hour, depending on your experience. Responsibilities Provide a range of bookkeeping duties, including journal entries, fund accounting, A/P, updating financial statements, and reconciling transactions. Qualifications At least 3 years bookkeeping/accounting experience, demonstrating solid understanding of accounting practices and relevant regulations. At least 1 year non-profit accounting experience (mandatory) Experienced with accounting software such as QuickBooks (preferred) or Xero Skilled and adept in Excel or Google Sheets Detail oriented Quick learner Effective communicator via phone, video, and in writing Comfortable working independently in a virtual office Proactive in asking questions and asking for help when needed.
