Job Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to move materials safely and efficiently
• Maintain stockpiles and load customer trucks with accuracy
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Communicate with dispatch, quality control and plant personnel to ensure high quality is maintained
• Operate haul trucks, skidsteer, skytrack, and other mobile equipment as needed
• Perform plant maintenance, plant cleanup and other duties as required
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment
• Strong awareness of safety and environmental standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Conditions Of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

Compensation And Benefits

• $23.61 per hour
