Responsibilities:

* Repair and maintenance of related Digester/Water Treatment equipment.

* Day/night operations at the Digester and/or on Water Treatment

* Day/night operations on wastewater spray fields. (June-Nov)

* Day/night silage operations.

* Operating equipment as needed. (Tractors, Payloader, Excavators)

* Daily reports and assist in preparing annual reports.

* Maintain cost control over equipment for budget purposes.

* Ensure that GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety rules and regulations are being followed and enforced.

* Maintenance in other areas of the facility when needed.

* Employee relations.

* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Good attention to detail and accuracy.

* Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment.

* Strong communication skills.

* Good mechanical repair and trouble-shooting skills.

* Two-year degree and/or equivalent experience working with Wastewater/Anaerobic Digesters preferred.

* Ability to obtain Special Boilers License, Type 4 and Type 5 Certificate.
