Slakey Brothers has an immediate opening for a   Warehouse Supervisor  at our location in  Reno, NV! 

Schedule Monday - Friday
Full Time Pay Range $70,000-$85,000 based on experience

Day-to-Day Warehouse Supervisor Activities

  • Supervise the day-to-day warehousing, delivery, and customer service functions of the Distribution Center
  • Lead team building and implement continuous education processes for all DC Team Members
  • Establish objective and measurable goals and clearly communicate these goals and standards to the DC Team
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards fellow Team Members and customers
  • Suggest and implement improvements in warehouse cost management, best practices and operational process design and implementation

Warehouse Supervisor Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • AA degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong decision making abilities and able to recognize, resolve, or escalate issues appropriately
  • Strong communication. people management, and time management skills
