Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Carrollton, TX

Pay Range: $24–26/hr.
Full-Time, Onsite

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to support smooth facility operations of a leading nationwide food & beverage manufacturer! What You’ll Do

• Oversee receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory accuracy so products always move on schedule.
• Load and verify outbound orders for accuracy and timeliness.
• Work directly with the Warehouse Manager (WHM) to identify product losses and implement solutions.
• Support the team in troubleshooting bottlenecks and improving processes.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing standards and regulations.
• Step into hands-on warehouse duties when needed to keep operations moving.
• Collaborate with staff at all levels to achieve team and company goals.

Who You Are

• Experienced in warehouse operations (grocery and/or DSD background a plus).
• Knowledgeable in warehouse safety procedures and compliance standards.
• Comfortable operating forklifts with a clean DMV record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Dependable and reliable with strong attendance history.
• A self-starter who works well independently, but also thrives in a team environment.
