About Us:
We are a fast-paced, growing company seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure accurate and efficient movement of goods. This role is critical to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday (Hours TBD)
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and order fulfillment
Lead and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance goals and deadlines
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and OSHA regulations
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing or logistics as needed
Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate records of inventory and transactions
Train new employees and ensure ongoing development of the team
Identify process improvements and implement best practices
Requirements:
3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in inventory software and Microsoft Office
Forklift certification is a plus
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
