You’ll be a key player in creating visually stunning and engaging in-store displays that drive sales and inspire customers. You’ll be at the forefront of visual trends, translating them into captivating displays that tell compelling product stories. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence key stakeholders, and see your creative vision come to life in stores across the globe. Here’s what you’ll be doing: Staying ahead of market and visual styling trends, with a focus on activewear. Creating innovative visual displays that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and resonate with customers. Managing the in-season sample process for assigned divisions. Collaborating with cross-functional partners to execute successful store sets, including outfitting and displays. Styling mannequins and creating compelling visual presentations for all divisions. Developing front-of-store and window displays that highlight key products and brand stories. Creating monthly style guides and event communications. Managing both digital and physical sample management and outfitting. Planning and executing monthly window styling, adapting designs for various store formats. Partnering with peers to share best practices and improve processes. Must-Have Qualifications: 1-2 years of styling or retail visual merchandising experience Exceptional fashion sense and ability to incorporate trends into projects Problem-solving skills and a knack for creative solutions Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask Excellent verbal and written communication skills Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and InDesign Familiarity with emerging digital tools The target hiring compensation range for this role is $22.94 to $25.49 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
