Position Details: MedElite is seeking a skilled Telehealth Certified Medical Assistant with extensive experience in medical scribing to join our innovative telemedicine team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating virtual patient encounters, ensuring accurate documentation of medical visits, and supporting healthcare providers in delivering high-quality care remotely. Responsibilities : Virtual Patient Support: Coordinate telehealth calls Medical Scribing: Accurately document patient encounters in real-time during telehealth appointments. Record medical histories, symptoms, treatment plans, and other pertinent information as directed by the healthcare provider. Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation systems. Clinical Support: Facilitate communication between patients and providers, conveying information, instructions, and follow-up plans as directed. Data Management: Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations in handling patient information. Organize and manage medical records, ensuring all documentation is filed appropriately and accessible for future reference. Requirements: Proven experience as a Certified Medical Assistant and Medical Scribe, with a minimum of 6 months in each role. Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and familiarity with EMR systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medical documentation. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards. Flexibility to adapt to changing telehealth workflows and technology requirements. Willingness to undergo additional training or certification as needed. Worked in Skilled Nursing home facilities.
