Morgan Legal Group, P.C. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Trust & Estate Drafting Attorney to join our dedicated estate planning team. If you have a strong foundation in trust and estate law, enjoy drafting sophisticated legal documents, and want to help clients secure their legacy, we’d love to hear from you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
📑 Draft revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, health care proxies, and other estate planning instruments
🧾 Design and implement advanced estate planning strategies, including GRATs, IDGTs, ILITs, and family LLCs
📁 Analyze financial and personal client data to tailor comprehensive estate plans
📞 Advise clients directly and coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals
📚 Stay current on federal and New York estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax laws
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 3+ years of experience practicing trust and estate law with a focus on estate plan drafting
✔️ Strong drafting skills and ability to explain complex estate strategies to clients
✔️ Knowledge of tax implications related to estate and gift planning
✔️ Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
✔️ Experience with estate planning software (e.g., WealthCounsel) is a plus
