• KY License
• 2 years experience RN Job
• 2 years of acute care RN experience Work Experience 
• Diploma or Associate Education
• Required Skills: IV insertion, Blood draws, PICC/Central Line management, Trach Care, Traction, CPM, Epidural/PCA pump, Feeding tubes, Continuous bladder irrigation, Wound vac
• Norton work history Docusign Required
• BLS
• NIH

• Locals accepted
• Patient ratio: 5:1 at times 6:
• # beds/procedures:25 
• Top diagnosis/procedures: Bladder resections, colon resections, cysto with TURPS, transmetatarsal amputations
