Genie Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice for a travel nursing job in Greenwich, Connecticut.
Shift: 5x8/DAYS (8:30A-5:30P: MON-FRI), Required Experience: 2 years, , Length: 13 weeks, Ratios: 2-4 patients per day, Work week: SUN-SAT, Scrubs: clean/professional scrubs with closed toe shoes, Charting: Wellsky, Total Weekly Miles Covered: Vaires, Travel radius: 50 miles from facility, Mileage: included in bill rate, CT requirement REQUIRES the COVID vaccination & Boosters. Medical/Religious exemptions are granted on a case by case basis, and any traveler that receives facility approval for the medical/religious exemption must be tested weekly (which is a facility responsibility),
