Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an experienced Travel Group Agent. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing travel consulting, handling reservations, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Competitive salary and generous benefits are offered.
Arrange all aspects of travel, including group air, hotel and charter bus.
Arrange individual athletic travel, including GDS air, hotel, and car.
Provide emergency and after-hours service to the athletics department.
Obtain travel approvals and provide trip planners.
Meet ticketing deadlines.
Knowledge of Sabre or similar GDS.
Knowledge and experience in athletics and/or athletics travel is a plus.
Group, Car and hotel booking experience.
Computer skills including Microsoft Office 365.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to produce accurate work while multitasking.
