We are a West Coast firm searching for an attorney with 2-5 years’ experience in tax controversy and representation of businesses and individuals before the Internal Revenue Service and California state and local taxing authorities. California Bar required. The ideal candidates will have an LLM in Tax or equivalent, and experience in both tax controversy and civil litigation. Our firm is well known for its Professional and Business Litigation Practices and we are committed to developing and mentoring our attorneys.

Attorneys meeting their billable hours goal are eligible for objective bonus and additional subjective bonus. All Associates are also eligible for origination bonuses.
We offer a hybrid work environment; however, we require candidates to reside within commuting distance of our San Francisco office.
