Storm Sales Representative - High-Income, High-Growth Role
Location: Greater Chicago, IL | Pay: 100% Commission | Top Reps Earn $100K-$200K+
Ready to turn hustle into high earnings? Join the Storm Sales Team at Allstar Home Services and help homeowners restore and upgrade their homes after storms. You'll inspect exteriors, assist with insurance claims, and close deals-earning uncapped commission while gaining valuable industry experience.
No experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training, field mentorship, and a clear path to leadership roles.
What You'll Do:
• Perform exterior home inspections (roofing, siding, gutters)
• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected areas
• Educate clients and assist with insurance claims
• Guide customers in choosing the right solutions
• Close deals and manage your pipeline
What We're Looking For:
• Great communicators who are hungry to grow
• Commission or performance-based sales experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Comfortable with frequent travel during storm season - must be willing to travel to storm-affected areas with short notice
