The Role

Are you a natural when it comes to keeping things organized and keeping your team motivated? Shoe Palace is looking for Retail Stock Lead to help us keep our stock room up to game, in order to provide the best possible experience for our customers. We need someone who is ready to go! Range: $15.00 - $15.00

Here's what a day at work may look like...

• Be the leader// make sure the stockroom is always on point and supervise stock associates
• Perform stock room maintenance and shipping tasks
• Meet cool people - create positive team & customer relations (set the example)
• Help keep a clean, neat, and organized store
• Help with the Store floor sales responsibilities as needed

About you...

• 18+ years old
• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
• A natural leader with strong organizational skills
• A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
• Requires standing, stooping, kneeling, and pulling. May be required to climb a ladder or ascend/descend stairs.

It would be great but not completely necessary to have...

• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
