What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Curate and develop compelling content from various sources, including third-party intelligence and internal SMEs
- Manage the end-to-end proposal process using AI tools, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals
- Collaborate with Sales, Services, and Product Owners to create impactful content for client interactions
- Continuously optimize content management and proposal workflows for efficiency and effectiveness
- Analyze proposal outcomes to identify trends and improve content strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in content management, proposal development, or project management within the healthcare technology industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly
- Proficiency in standard office tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Adobe)
- Understanding of healthcare workflows and solutions is critical
