Job Details

• We have two roles open: 1 that is open to lead and develop a small team of associates, and develop into a greater leadership role and 2 - an individual contributing Senior T&E Associate Attorney
• Advise high-net-worth clients on sophisticated estate and gift tax planning strategies
• Draft, review, and implement estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, and powers of attorney
• Handle trust administration and probate matters from start to finish
• Structure and advise on complex trust arrangements including marital deduction trusts, QTIPs, disclaimers, GRATs, and others
• Provide guidance on real property trust transfers and documentation
• Support clients with business formation and succession planning
• Work closely with financial advisors and other professionals to execute holistic wealth strategies

Looking For:

• J.D. and licensed to practice in California, able to work PST hours
• 7+ years of experience, with a focus on trusts & estates
• Experience with advanced estate, gift, and tax planning techniques
• Strong background in estate administration and trust litigation support is a plus
• Proven ability to manage complex estate plans and high-net-worth client needs
