Job Opportunity: Senior Data Analyst Dynamics 365 Migration

Location: Remote (U.S. Based) Ideally CST or EST

Type: 6-Month Contract (Possibility of Extension)

Compensation: Competitive Market Rate | Corp-to-Corp Preferred

Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship

Overview data migration to Dynamics 365

We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst with hands-on experience leading transitions from legacy on-premises systems to Dynamics 365-specifically from an ERP and operations data perspective. This role is central to ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and performance through every phase of the migration lifecycle: from data discovery to validation and post-migration support.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Plan, manage, and execute day-to-day data migration tasks in collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Develop and maintain source-to-target mappings including complex data transformations and standardization

• Understand and analyze current-state data architecture and integrations

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines (via SQL or Informatica)

• Perform data cleansing and profiling using tools like Informatica

• Manage master, transactional, and historical data domains for migration

• Validate and reconcile migrated data for completeness and accuracy

• Work closely with ERP, reporting, and legacy system teams to ensure data readiness

• Provide ongoing support throughout the migration lifecycle, partnering with consulting teams as needed

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with ERP/CRM data migrations-preferably to Dynamics 365

• Strong SQL and ETL development skills

• Experience with data profiling, cleansing, and MDM tools , especially Informatica

• Deep understanding of source-to-target mappings , complex transformations, and data validation

• Comfort working in complex enterprise ecosystems with multiple data sources

• Exceptional collaboration skills, able to work independently and as part of a fast-moving team

• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

• Willingness to travel occasionally (10 20%)

• Experience with cloud data platforms or additional ETL tools (e.g., Talend)

• Background in data governance and compliance best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
