Position Summary: As the Senior ABM Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring a range of strategic multitouch, multichannel ABM marketing programs for prioritized account lists. Key activities include creating and optimizing impactful campaigns (both at scale and 1:1) based on account intelligence and deepening our relationships with our clients through various marketing channels and events. This is a demand generation role requiring close collaboration with our sales teams to help secure meaningful meetings and meet revenue goals. What You Will Do: Strategic Campaign Development: Design and execute ABM campaigns tailored to our clients' needs. Ensure alignment with strategic business objectives and KPIs with a high-growth mindset. Data-Driven Account Intelligence: Analyze target account lists to prioritize and group accounts based on opportunity, buyer need, persona, industry, buying cycle stage, and propensity to buy. Marketing Intelligence Analysis: Regularly monitor and analyze market intelligence to identify trends and communicate actionable insights to the sales team. Campaign and Content Creation: Develop and deliver targeted marketing programs and content to specific account lists, iterating for maximum engagement. Use AI-driven analytics to inform content personalization and effectiveness. Optimized Campaign Execution: Conduct A/B testing and analytics to refine messaging, creatives, and assets, maximizing response and conversion rates. Event-Centric Campaign Integration: Strategically incorporate client events into campaign development and execution. Leverage these events as key touchpoints for engagement, demand generation, and relationship building with targeted accounts. Collaborate closely with the events team to create synergistic content and messaging that resonate with our clients. Collaborative Teamwork and Sales Alignment: Work closely with the sales team, ensuring regular communication, training, meetings, and alignment on campaign goals and tactics. Foster a collaborative environment to leverage the team’s insights and expertise. Budget Management and Reporting: Manage and adhere to budget allocations, including following procurement and administrative processes. Forecast and report against key success metrics and show ROI against activities. CRM Utilization: Understand and use Salesforce, DemandBase, and other ABM best practice tools to activate individual ABM programs. High-Value Account Focus: Build repeatable and scalable 1:1 program structure for high-value accounts in alignment with sales strategies. Industry Best Practices: Stay informed about ABM best practices, especially those relevant to our clients’ needs. What You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field 10+ years proven experience in executing and optimizing hyper-personalized B2B ABM campaigns with a client-first mentality Ability to understand the “big picture” and can adjust accordingly Strong understanding of key marketing channels, how each channel impacts results, and the ability to pivot strategies accordingly Positive “can do” attitude with the ability to work collaboratively to influence and enable stakeholders from cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer success Adaptable & creative, we’re looking for someone who is always curious and wants to keep improving. This role requires problem solving based on data analysis, creativity, and resourcefulness Excellent written, oral, and verbal communication Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Professional working knowledge of ABM tech stacks Strong content development and project management skills Familiarity with industry-specific trends and ABM best practices Preferred Qualifications: Ideal candidate will be located in the greater Chicago area Marketo, DemandBase, 6sense and/or Pardot experience Multi-disciplined creative skills (e.g. video/webinars/graphics, etc.) is a plus Why Ensono?
