What You'll Do:
Supervises onsite security guard team to ensure adherence to company procedures, protocol and best practices.
Performs regular onsite security checks to ensure that security guards on post assignment are performing the required tasks and functions, providing assistance when needed.
Responds swiftly to breach alerts reported by security guard staff on duty per applicable methods.
Oversees the company scheduling platform to confirm clock-ins/clock-outs are being completed for each scheduled shift.
Responds to escalated situation alerts from security guard team with professionalism and expediency.
Mentors and supports security guard team in their efforts to meet contractual obligations and exceed client expectations.
Follows procedures for fire prevention, property patrol, and incident reporting.
Adheres to all Company service and operating standards.
Additional tasks as needed.
What You Need:
Retired Law Enforcement/Military/Corrections Required.
Must be willing to work weekends.
Minimum Three Years of Security Industry Management Experience.
Valid NYS Security Guard License.
Completion of 16 HR OJT Class required by NYS Licensing Division.
Valid NYS Driver's License.
Client pre-employment background screening.
Driving Abstract Clearance.
Excellent communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Exceptional work ethic.
Must be willing to obtain C-15 and P-99.
TWIC Card a PLUS.
Valid CPR-AED certification is a plus.
Experience with WinTeam and eHub is a plus.
