This is a fully remote role offering the chance to work with innovative brands, contribute to forward‑thinking SEO strategy, and collaborate with a highly skilled cross‑functional team. The Role As an SEO Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing organic growth strategies across a diverse client portfolio. You will analyze performance data, identify opportunities for optimization, and guide content and technical teams in implementing impactful SEO initiatives. You will bring a strong understanding of how AI, LLMs, and generative search experiences such as Google’s Search Generative Experience are transforming the SEO landscape, helping clients adapt proactively and maintain visibility as search evolves. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage holistic SEO strategies that drive organic growth and align with client business goals. Conduct keyword research, competitive and technical audits, and backlink analyses. Incorporate AI and LLM‑driven search changes into long‑term strategic planning. Collaborate with content and web development teams to ensure best practices are embedded across all deliverables. Translate complex SEO and AI concepts into actionable recommendations for clients. Monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and deliver clear, data‑driven insights and reporting. Stay informed on evolving search algorithms, generative search experiences, and AI content frameworks. Skills and Experience 6+ years of SEO experience, ideally within an agency setting. Proven track record of delivering measurable organic growth across multiple clients or verticals. Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on‑page and off‑page optimization, and site architecture. Awareness of how AI and large language models are reshaping search behaviors and SERP structures. Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and GA4. Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into meaningful insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in client‑facing environments. Experience with structured data, schema, and page performance optimization is a plus. Bonus Experience Familiarity with AI‑assisted content tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Clearscope, or SurferSEO. Understanding of Google’s Search Generative Experience and zero‑click trends.
