Sr. Salesforce Consultant

What You'll Do as a Developer
  • Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external applications
  • Communicate between departments to understand their business processes; customize and configure systems accordingly
  • Develop custom classes, scripts, forms, reports, dashboards, and KPIs
  • Document, maintain, and update system-level customizations and training materials
  • Provide training to individuals and user groups within the company
  • Provide advanced reporting and searching assistance
  • Troubleshoot and quickly resolve issues with cloud ERP and CRM systems and integration elements as they arise
  • Manage data import, data cleansing, deduplication, optimization, and data maintenance efforts

What You'll Do as an Admin
  • Serve as the main contact for client relationship and project communication, on some projects
  • Own and execute the project according to SaltClick methodology
  • Participate in discovery, solutioning, documentation and delivery efforts
  • Set and manage expectations of project activities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Facilitate client feedback and demonstrate client advocacy, building loyal and trustworthy relationships
  • Maintain client satisfaction
  • Assist with identifying opportunities for account growth
  • Review and ensure deliverables are high-quality and meet expectations
  • Produce a detailed project plan to match customer requirements
  • Understand and effectively communicate both client and internal project goals
  • Provide client needs and requests to the team for exploration
  • Work with the team to ensure project activities align with strategy

Skills Required :
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud architecture and knowledge of the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Experience developing custom features and solutions for ERP/CRM systems in similar roles, especially using Apex in Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, git or other version control, and REST Web services
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Lightning Development Experience
  • Strong technology consulting experience.
  • Experience designing and implementing Salesforce-enabled business solutions
  • Experience defining strategy, developing requirements and implementing practical business solutions
  • Experience delivering projects using Agile based methodology
  • Salesforce Admin, Developer and/or Cloud Certifications preferred
  • Experience in other third-party tools commonly connected to Salesforce is a plus (i.e. eSignature solutions, data tools, backup and restore apps, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Atlassian products, including Jira and Confluence, is a huge plus
