Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sales Engineer position include:- 2+ years of experience in process engineering, grain storage, or sales within food, feed, or biomass industries- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand temperature, drying, and cooling calculations- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle with plant managers, engineers, and owners- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred), with willingness to learn systems as needed- Ability to work independently in inside sales, with occasional travel (approximately once a month)- Solid communication skills and a self-starting, teachable attitude- Knowledge of equipment like hammer mills, cyclones, dryers, and air systems preferred- Familiarity with SolidWorks is a plus, though not requiredSalary: $45,000 – $60,000 base salary per year, plus commission, with total compensation typically ranging from $80,000 – $150,000 annually.
