Title: Roofing Project Manager

Pay: $90k - $110k

Location: Charleston, SC

Type: Direct hire

Industry: Commercial/Residential Roofing

Responsibilities

• Oversee project preparation, execution, and closeout
• Handle purchase orders and requisitions
• Review contracts and ensure all permits and warranties are in place
• Schedule pre-planning and pre-roofing meetings
• Coordinate schedules with clients and subcontractors
• Maintain job site records and monitor job progress
• Resolve technical and contractual issues
• Support the Superintendent with materials and scheduling
• Manage change orders and project final costs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Two (2)+ years’ experience as a Project Manager with a roofing company- working with windows, siding and doors
• OSHA-30, First Aid/CPR/Blood borne pathogen training, may require other specific equipment license or training
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Scheduling
• Driver’s license is required
• Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish)
