Title: REMOTE Pharmacist (Work from Home) Location: Remote (Must Reside and Be Licensed in the State Listed on Resume) Employment Type: Full-Time | Contract About the Role: We are seeking a Retail Pharmacist supporting Medicare Part D members and healthcare providers. In this remote, safety-sensitive role , you'll handle prior authorization reviews, provider communications, and medication decisioning to ensure timely and compliant pharmacy benefit resolutions. Key Responsibilities: Support Medicare Part D cases through accurate and timely documentation. Review clinical data and adjudicate pharmacy benefit requests. Communicate with prescribers to collect missing or clarifying information. Ensure decisions meet compendia, Medicare guidelines, and internal policy. Maintain accuracy while navigating multiple systems and documentation tools. May be required to place outbound calls when additional data is needed. Training & Work Schedule: Training Schedule: M-F, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM EST (8 weeks, no time off allowed). Post-Training Work Hours: 8-hour shifts between 7 AM-8 PM EST, including a weekend rotation (Sat/Sun 7 AM-4:30 PM EST). This role is fully remote. Candidates must have: A quiet, dedicated workspace Wired internet with min 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload Must-Have Qualifications: Active, unencumbered Pharmacist License in the state of residence Bachelor's degree or PharmD from an accredited pharmacy school At least 1 year of prior experience (retail or hospital preferred) Experience with data entry, multitasking, and navigating multiple systems Professional, engaged attitude and ability to work independently Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio Previous experience in a remote or productivity-driven environment Strong interpersonal skills and clinical judgment Technical Requirement for Application: Please include the following at the top of your resume: Screenshot of your internet speed test ( License verification - must show the license is active and the expiration date Medical Recruitment Strategies
