Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (New Grads Accepted) - Tulsa, OK

Job Type: Full-Time
Shifts: Mon - Fri (40hrs/week)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role is ideal for both experienced professionals and new graduates who are passionate about making a meaningful impact on children with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Implement behavioral therapy techniques and track client progress through data collection and analysis.
Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in care.
Provide training and ongoing support to staff on best practices in behavioral health and special education.
Requirements:
Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field is typically required.
Must hold a valid BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and implementing behavior intervention plans is often preferred.
