Recruitment Coordinator (Austin or New York City)

Location: Austin, TX or New York, NY (hybrid/remote flexibility)

Contract Duration: 3 months

Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week

We are working with a high-growth, global technology organization that is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while supporting recruiters and hiring managers with seamless interview scheduling and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule phone screens, virtual interviews, and onsite interviews across multiple time zones.
• Manage candidate communication, including confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups, ensuring an excellent experience.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align interview logistics with business needs.
• Leverage Greenhouse (ATS) and GoodTime (scheduling tool) to track, schedule, and optimize recruiting workflows.
• Handle last-minute scheduling changes and conflicts with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, pipelines, and recruiting reports.
• Assist with new hire onboarding scheduling and coordination where required.
• Act as a key point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, ensuring communication flows smoothly.
• Continuously identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and the candidate experience.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in a Recruitment Coordination role within a fast-paced tech environment.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse and GoodTime - essential.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
