HIRING IMMEDIATELY: REACH TRUCK OPERATOR IN POMPANO BEACH, FL Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Reach Truck Operator to join our client in Pompano Beach, FL. This individual will be responsible for safely operating electric reach trucks and stand-up forklifts to transport materials and stock inventory, as well as retrieving and staging products for shipment accurately and efficiently. Pay, Schedule, and Location - Starting at $17 to $19/hour, paid weekly
- Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
- 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday
- Located in Pompano Beach, FL
Duties and Responsibilities - Equipment Operation: Safely operate Toyota electric reach trucks and stand-up forklifts to transport materials and stock inventory
- Order Fulfillment: Retrieve and stage products for shipment accurately and efficiently
- Receiving & Put-Away: Unload, inspect, and store inbound shipments in designated warehouse locations
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts and stock replenishment
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
Requirements and Qualifications - Experience operating electric reach trucks and stand-up forklifts (Toyota models preferred)
- English proficiency (reading, writing, and verbal communication)
- No OSHA certification required - we provide certification for temporary employees
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions
- Strong attention to safety and warehouse best practices
