Triumph Management Company, a premier Southern California property management firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Living Property Manager to oversee our beautiful apartment communities in Chino, CA. With a portfolio spanning Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties, and out of state communities as well, we take pride in providing exceptional living experiences. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations for the senior living community, ensuring high occupancy, financial performance, and superior resident satisfaction. This role requires a skilled leader who can effectively manage a team, maintain compliance, and foster a welcoming community atmosphere.

Responsible for all phases of office operations including, but not limited to:

• Administrative duties: preparing legal documents, processing computer reports, data input, collections, vendor relations.
• Managing staff, facilitating work orders
• Ability to enthusiastically market units
• Monitoring property for safety concerns
• Move in, Pre-Move Out, and final Move Out inspections.
• Coordination & execution of community activities
• Applicant screenings

Qualifications:

• Excellent leasing skills
• 5 years relevant - apartment community management, supervising a staff, promoting teamwork.
• Knowledge of legal notice system and appearing in unlawful detainer cases.
• An ability to handle resident issues in a professional manner.
• Knowledge of Yardi and CRM software (REQUIRED).
• Effective communication in both written and oral form.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented
• Ability to meet deadlines.

Living on-site is preferred; .

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Property management: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
