Description The Project Manager - Large-Scale Government & Security Projects will have the following responsibilities: Manage and oversee large-scale government and federal construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. Lead the planning, design, and execution of projects, ensuring compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards. Utilize project management tools such as Procore or P6 to track project progress, manage schedules, and coordinate resources. Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery. Communicate effectively with senior leadership and clients, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Profile The Project Manager - Large-Scale Government & Security Projects will have: 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on government, federal, and SCIF-related construction projects. Strong understanding of large-scale projects (projects $5M+). Experience with Procore or P6 project management software is a plus. Proven leadership and communication skills, with a track record of successfully managing multi-million-dollar projects in high-security environments. Ability to work in compliance with strict government and security regulations.
