Project Manager - Industrial/Light-Industrial Construction

A nationally recognized General Contractor is seeking a

Project Manager

to join their Atlanta area team. If you are a resourceful leader with heavy industrial project experience and looking to take your career to the next level, we are looking for you.

We are looking for a motivated, hardworking team player with a strong background in construction who wants to advance their career with an industry leader.

This position requires passion, dedication, and a strong sense of accountability.

Responsibilities: Responsible for the management of the entire project, including scheduling, purchasing, quality and safety. Ability to participate in preconstruction services, including estimating and value engineering Collaborate with other Project Manager(s) to find alternative solutions Collaborate with Superintendent(s) on subcontracts and self-perform scopes of work Negotiate financial disputes and change orders with owners Point of contact for project management staff, architects, subcontractors, owners, engineers and more Document and negotiate changes that may affect project completion or contract costs with subcontractors and owners Develop field quality assurance and quality control plan with Superintendent Collaboration of project safety plan with Superintendent(s) Qualifications:

Bachelor's degrees in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. Applicants with relevant certifications or equivalent experience will also be considered. 5+ years’ experience in construction project management with a general contractor Industrial/light-industrial project experience required. Broad knowledge of building systems and construction methods Strong financial management skills and the ability to independently manage all aspects of a project from start to finish Compensation/Benefits:
