JOB DESCRIPTION
Daleo Inc. is looking for a Project Field Assistant to join our team in the San Jose, Ca area. A Project Field Assistant will assist Project Managers and Superintendents in the management of PG&E gas construction projects by performing key tasks, including field preconstruction, scheduling, material ordering and inventory, document control and Mobile As-Builts. Field time is required. Mobile As-Built is used to capture all material installed in the field in real time using GPS and ipad technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage and assist project setup
· Create and maintain Mobile As-Built and job documentation (job to job travel required)
· Creates project schedules with support of higher-level Project Engineers and Project Managers
· Responsible for ensuring Foreman and field crew have all necessary and accurate information to complete the project successfully
· Offers technical information to Project Field Team to ensure work compiles with applicable codes, drawings, and specifications
· Creates project schedules with support of Project Managers and Project Superintendent
· Collect and manage all field/project documentation
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge & Experience
· Proficiency with computers and various applications including Microsoft Office (Excel,
Project, Word, Outlook); BlueBeam Revu Proficiency preferred
· Effective written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and self-manage
· Positive attitude and desire to work in a team environment
· Attention to detail and follow through
· Adaptable to change, learning new techniques and career development
· Clean driving record
Education
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university preferred; construction management or engineering degree preferred
