Production Associate: Monroe, Wisconsin

Our customer in Monroe, Wisconsin is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join their production team as Production Associates to work full-time on PM shift. As a Production Associate, you’ll play an essential role in the manufacturing process, supporting operations through product intake, quality testing, and system cleanings while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities of the Production Associate:

• Retrieve samples from incoming trucks delivering product to intake bays.
• Unload and perform Clean-In-Place (CIP) procedures on all tanker trucks in compliance with WDA standards.
• Conduct quality tests on incoming whey loads, including pH, temperature, and peroxide testing.
• Properly document all tanker truck CIP washes and results.
• Monitor CIP chemical concentrations and maintain truck wash tanks.
• Complete set-up, cleaning, and operation of receiving and discharge lines.
• Perform finished product load-out activities and gather product samples.
• Conduct final product quality checks, including % total solids, pH, and temperature testing as required.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation for all finished product loads.
• Follow preventive maintenance requirements and standard operating procedures.
• Use fall protection equipment when working at heights or on top of trucks.
• Promote and follow safety protocols, including participation in audits, inspections, and training.

Production Associate Requirements and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in cheese or food manufacturing preferred (2–3 years).
• Previous machine operator experience and strong mechanical aptitude required.
• Ability to follow verbal, written, or diagram instructions and SOPs.
• Able to tolerate varying smells associated with the production environment.
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing manual tasks.
• Must be able to work 12-hour night shifts (6:00PM–6:00AM) on a 2/2/3 schedule.
• Willingness to train on 2nd and 3rd shift 8-hour schedules during onboarding.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be comfortable using and trained in fall protection PPE, including harnesses and lanyards.

Pay for Production Associate: Starting at $20/hour depending on experience.
