We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Process Engineer to lead process optimization and quality improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on enhancing safety, efficiency, and profitability by analyzing data, resolving process issues, and driving cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety and address concerns in the functional area.
• Identify and eliminate process inefficiencies and waste using data analysis.
• Lead quality and process improvement projects to boost profitability.
• Monitor key metrics and resolve process abnormalities.
• Manage small capital projects and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Collaborate across teams to improve equipment reliability and resolve issues.
• Maintain ISO documents and address customer quality concerns.

Qualifications:

• Required: B.Sc. in Engineering, 5+ years of experience (textile, automotive, or glass preferred), strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in data analysis tools and MS Office.
• Preferred: Experience in fiberglass, Lean Manufacturing, or capital projects; familiarity with Wonderware and Statgraphics.
