Job Summary:

Trileaf is seeking a full-time Process Automation & RPA candidate to join its team in our corporate office located in St. Louis, MO. This position will report to the Director of Operations and work closely with the IT manager. We’re looking for a proactive problem-solver who takes the initiative to identify areas for improvement, offers innovative solutions, and leverages their skills to drive meaningful change. As part of our small, agile team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to make a real impact and shape how we work.

Essential Job Functions:

Process Automation & RPA

• Design and deploy RPA solutions to eliminate manual tasks and improve efficiency.
• Automate data extraction, entry, validation, and system interactions across platforms.

Scripting & Systems Integration

• Write scripts (eg. Python, Javascript, etc…) to support automation and system interactions.
• As needed, develop and optimize SQL queries to improve reporting, integration, and automation.

Power Platform & Power BI

• Ensure seamless integration between Power Platform tools and business systems.
• As needed, maintain Power BI dashboards and optimize data flows, creating new reports as needed.

Problem-Solving, Collaboration & Implementation

• Investigate inefficiencies, propose automation solutions, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement automation that aligns with company goals.
• Provide clear documentation, training, and support for automation rollouts.
• Communicate solutions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

To be considered, the resume of the applicant must demonstrate the following qualifications/skills:

• Proficiency in RPA tools and technologies
• Strong scripting and coding skills
• Experience with database technologies and APIs
• Knowledge of software development methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science
• 5-7+ years of related experience
• Relevant experience in RPA development, process automation or software development
• Experience with business process analysis and improvement
