In addition to properly handling a case from start to finish, with minimal oversight, the candidate will be responsible for assisting with marketing efforts and for bringing business into the firm as well. The chosen candidate will have the support of a paralegal, office space, and the freedom to produce excellent work. We prefer a minimum of three years of probate and estate planning experience, knowledge of and experience with Wealth Counsel and Decision Vault, knowledge of and experience with the various probate petitions and county court rules, and strong computer skills. If the candidate also has some familiarity with ActionStep software, that is an added bonus. Must have strong oral and written communication skills, strong time management skills, and must be able to manage the work and also their team.
