Job Description

TRC’s client, a leading Power Systems company, is seeking a Power BI Developer to lead business intelligence efforts and support their digital transformation. This role will serve as the Power BI subject matter expert, building dashboards from scratch following a recent Dynamics 365 implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports for sales and business insights.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define KPIs, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities.
• Build predictive models for demand forecasting and customer trends.
• Recommend strategies for pricing, bundling, and cross-selling.
• Automate workflows using Power Automate and Excel (VBA).
• Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in business analysis with a focus on sales analytics.
• 2+ years in Power BI development, including DAX and data modeling.
• Experience with Power Automate, Excel VBA, Python, and Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of sales processes; construction equipment industry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
