Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Manage the CEO's personal tasks and errands, such as booking appointments, making reservations, and handling personal correspondence
- Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for both digital and physical documents
- Act as the first point of contact for all communications to the CEO, screening and redirecting calls and emails as necessary
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute company events and meetings
- Conduct research and compile reports as requested by the CEO
- Handle and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met
- Assist with personal and business-related financial tasks, such as monitoring expense reports and coordinating with the accounting department
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- A passion for adventure and a positive attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
