Our client, leading leader in life sciences and diagnostics, is looking for a “ Paralegal ” based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Duration: 3+ months position with the potential for extension or conversion

Hours: 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (Flexible)

Location: Indianapolis, IN - Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

Pay Rate: $40/hr on W2

Job Summary:

The Full-Time Paralegal will support the Legal team under the supervision of the Head of Litigation and Head of Employment and Labor Law. The role involves managing and preparing legal documents, assisting with legal processes, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring the Legal Administration email mailbox and handling data entry in company databases.
  
• Drafting, reviewing, and revising agreements, settlement documents, and standard resolutions.
  
• Assisting with responses to subpoenas, discovery requests, and employee record requests.
  
• Coordinating meetings, depositions, and managing case intake and legal systems.
  
• Managing CDA requests and helping to create standard templates for legal forms.
  

Qualifications:

• CLA/CP paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited school.
  
• 5+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal environment.
  
• Strong knowledge of legal principles, research techniques, and legal terminology.
  
• Experience in litigation, employment law, and knowledge of e-filing procedures.
  

Preferred:

• Experience with litigation in state and federal courts, including PACER.
