We seek a  Packaging Pharmacy Technician to support all functions of the Genoa mental health and specialty pharmacy primarily through dispensing medical prescriptions and performing necessary clerical duties while under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.

\n

Location : 6 E 1st Ave., Spokane, WA 99202

\n

Hours : Monday-Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm PST

\n

Primary Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Filling and packaging prescriptions 

\n
• Putting packaged orders away

\n
• Packaging prescriptions to get them ready to get mailed out 

\n
• Organizing shelves and removing all outdates medication

\n
• Submit Cardinal Pharmacy order and medication wholesale orders 

\n
• Will assist with training new hires/interns 

\n

Required Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Washington or the ability to obtain within 60 days of hire

\n
• Access to reliable transportation 

\n

\n

Preferred Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Pharmacy experience 

\n
• Customer service experience 

\n
• PTCB certification OR willing to obtain within 2 years of obtaining Washington Technician license 
\n

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
